This pipeline outlines the the design phase and tasks associated with it.

1. Design Interview

Once the deposit for the design phase is made, an interview will be conducted with all clients. Common questions include:

• What sites do you like?
• What sites do you not like?
• What do you like about your current site?
• What do you not like about your current site?
• [obtain necessary assets such as logo, fonts, branding requirements, etc.]
• Record site objectives and vision

2. Design Brief

Meeting with designer(s) for brainstorming session. Email client questions as necessary

3. Design Round(s) and Revision(s)

Design comp(s) accordion to brainstorming sessions. Review with client and implement any revisions

4. Design Approval

Get design approved in writing with the Design Sign-off Form
